Obstacles in the way

Not everything I do pleases my family. As you probably already know I'm a goth and in my family I am judged by what I wear, what music i listen to, and the friends i hang out with. And I never got a chance to voice what i wanna do, What school I want to go to. Right now is even harder For me because i want to write songs and record them but everytime I get that idea there is always that one person ready to tell me I cant do that. Many people who is probably reading this has the freedom to do what they want. But not me. Most of you reading it is probably saying to yourselfs " yeah I understand that." To come from a family where no one supports you sometimes is hard. But i really dont care what anyone in my family has to say about me. They might call me an embrassment or a rebelleous child. But they dont understand that sometimes they are the ones who make us ( yes I said us for those who agree ^-^) who we are. Sometimes the things the tell us we will remember them and then one day when they need your help the only thing you can think of saying is "remember when I tried to..." or " remember when you said..." Trust me I have been there, I have seen it. And these are the Obstacles in the Way
